职位描述

到岗时间：1个月之内

岗位职责：

1.负责制定部门工作规划并监督落实；

Responsible for formulating departmental work plans and supervising their implementation;

2.负责生产系统的指挥，按时保质保量完成生产任务；

Responsible for the command of the production system, complete the production task with quality and quantity Ｏn time;

3.不断改进生产工艺，降本增效，精简人力；降低劳动强度、提高设备的自动化程度和产品品质；

Continuously improve the production process, reduce cost and increase efficiency, streamline manpower; Reduce labor intensity, improve the automation degree of equipment and product quality;

4.负责推进现场6S管理，确保生产现场的安全和规范；

Responsible for promoting 6S management Ｏn site to ensure safety and specification of production site;

5.负责对下属团队的工作指导、技能培训和绩效考核；

Responsible for the work guidance, skill training and performance assessment of the subordinate team;

6.带领内部团队降低设备故障率，从而提升设备稼动率；

Lead internal team to reduce equipment failure rate and improve equipment operation rate；

7.对下级稽查管理和检查工作中存在问题的整改进行督促检查；

Supervise and inspect the rectification of problems existing in the audit management and inspection work at the lower level;

8.完成上级领导安排及交办的其他工作。

Finish the other work assigned by superior leadership arrangement.

能力要求：

1.大专及以上学历，理工科相关专业优先。

College degree or above, major in science or engineering is preferred.

2.具有3年以上生产管理的工作经验；从事生产管理或工程管理经验优先；

At least 4 years working experience in production management in foreign capital enterprises; production management or engineering management experience is preferred;

3.了解计划排查系统并熟练应用MES系统。

Familiar with planning and checking system and familiar with MES system；

4.熟悉生产设备与工艺及相关管理规程；

Familiar with production equipment and process and related management procedures;

5.具有员工技能矩阵图的基本技能；具备流程优化管理能力。

Basic skills with employee skill matrix; Have the ability of process optimization management；
