1.组织内部早会，进行安全宣导；

2.建立完善部门管理制度，并负责监督贯彻执行；

3.参与工程质量，成本，进度，安全等管理工作，包括参加项目例会，协调会，质量检讨会；
Participate in project quality, cost, schedule and safety management, including project meeting, coordination meeting and quality review meeting;
6.定期组织各项检查工作，指导项目现场规范有序管理；
Organize the inspection work regularly, guide the project site standardized and orderly management;
7.参与项目建设过程的沟通，谈判，协调及处理问题；
Participate in communication, negotiation, coordination and problem solving during project construction;
8.组织维修中心每周例会，及时准确向员工传达公司各项信息和工作要求，了解员工工作以及思想状态并将意见及时向上级反馈；
Organize maintenance center weekly meeting, timely and accurately convey the company's information and work requirements to employees, understand employees' work and state of mind, and timely feedback to superiors;
9.负责公司大项维修项目的实施竞争性谈判和合同洽谈的组织，并做好施工管理和验收工作；
Responsible for the organization of competitive negotiation and contract negotiation of the company's large-scale maintenance projects, and do a good job in construction management and acceptance;
10.拟定工程维修班组周，月，及年度工作计划，合理安排维修日常工作，并监督指导；
Draw up weekly, monthly and annual work plans for engineering maintenance teams, arrange maintenance routine work reasonably, and supervise and guide;
11.设备故障率分析和检讨，形成报告记录；
Equipment failure rate analysis and review, report records;
12.负责维修中心运营管理，按照公司和部门要求组织好维修中心各项工作开展；
Responsible for the operation and management of the maintenance center, organize the work of the maintenance center according to the requirements of the company and departments;
13.做好员工劳动纪律，安全，考勤管理和绩效考核；
Do a good job of employee discipline, safety, attendance management and performance appraisal;
要求：
1.大专以上学历，机械相关专业；
College degree or above, major in mechanical related;
2.从事5年以上FPC/PCB设备维修工作经历，有TPM经验者优先；
More than 5 years working experience in FPC/PCB equipment maintenance, TPM experience is preferred;
3.具有识别各车间危险源及做好安全防护措施的技能；
Have the skills to identify the danger source of each workshop and take safety protection measures;
4.具有良好的技术背景，能熟练操作维修和管理设备；
Have good technical background, can operate and manage equipment skillfully;
5.具有良好的办公自动化技能，掌握CAD；
Good office automation skills, master CAD;
6.具有较好的团队管理能力、沟通能力、组织协调能力、计划和执行能力；吃苦耐劳，具有团队精神；
Good team management ability, communication ability, organization and coordination ability, planning and execution ability; Hard-working, with team spirit;
7.具有良好的英文听说读写能力；
Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;
8.精通员工技能矩阵图的技能；
