1、负责柔板工程部(干工艺和湿工艺)的日常管理，对部门高级经理负责，协助高级经理制订部门工作计划并实施.
Responsible for the day to day management of the Flex-engineering department(dry process and wet process), report to Flex-engineering senior managers,Assist senior managers set up the department work plan and follow up the implementation.
2、根据部门的方针实施不同项目以完成部门绩效
According to departmental policy in order to complete the implementation of different projects Sector Performance
3、负责对下属的培训，制定下属的各项工作,负责对下属的绩效进行评估，给予一定的奖惩措施，提升团队的整体能力
Responsible for the training of subordinates, formulate the work of subordinates, evaluate the performance of subordinates, give certain rewards and punishments, and improve the overall ability of the team
4、协助高级经理主持标准化工艺文件的制定，落实和完善，建立标准化工作程序
Assist senior managers for the standardization process documents establishment, fulfil and perfect, establish standard work procedures
5、负责规划各工序信息化方向，负责安排下属进行功能开发验证
Responsible for planning the information direction of each process and arranging subordinates to carry out functional development and verification
6、 负责DOE、JMP和实验报告的审核
Responsible to the DOE 、JMPand experimental report review
7、协助高级经理安排部门人员及时排除生产工艺故障，不断提升工艺水平，减少故障发生，建立预防性维护程序，以不断提高成品率
Assist senior managers arranging engineering department staff promptly eliminate the production process problem, constantly improve the proccess control, minimize the process problem, establish process preventive maintenance procedure, in order to keep improving the yield
8、协助高级经理安排部门人员通过工艺改善或其他相关措施来不断降低操作成本
Assist senior managers for operation cost reduction through process improvement or other related alternative material evaluation etc
9、负责不断的追踪新工艺，新设备和新材料并加以评估，为公司可持续发展提供技术储备
Responsible to keep tracking of new technology, new equipment and new materials, set up team forevaluation, sustainable development for the company to provide the technical property
10、负责监督品质问题能有效地及时反馈，并与其它部门一起，使产品的品质得到有效的保证和不断的改善/提高；及时向工程部总监反映问题
Responsible for overseeing the flex quality problem, have the effective and timely feedback. Working with other departments to control the quality of products effectively and constantly improve it; report to engineering director for the serious process problems
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历（化工或材料专业）
Bachelor degree or above;(Chemical or materials majors)
2、从事FLEX工艺8年以上或PCB10年以上技术经历，熟悉整个制程，其中管理经验4年以上
More than 8 years of FLEX process or more than 10 years of PCBtechnical experience, familiar with the entire process, including more than 4 years of management experience
3、熟悉ISO9000/IATF16949/VDA6.3-6.5程序，精通有害物质管理
Familiar with ISO9000/IATF16949/VDA6.3-6.5 procedures, proficient in hazardous substance management
4、优秀的英语听说读写能力及计算机技能:熟练运用Excel, Word,PowerPoint
Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills and computer skills: proficient in Excel, Word,PowerPoint
5、优秀的团队领导能力及沟通能力；为人诚实、细心、认真、勤奋、敬业、有责任心、抗压能力强
Good team leadership and communication skills; Honest, careful, serious, diligent, dedicated, responsible, strong ability to work under pressure
