Your Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage IC Substrate NPI projects from
development, qualification, pilot run, and mass production stages.
2. Act as the primary contact window between
customers and internal teams for project-related communication and coordination.
3. Drive cross-functional collaboration among Engineering, Process, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to achieve
4. project milestones.
5. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules,risk assessments, and status reports.
6. Identify project risks and implement corrective and preventive actions to ensure successful project execution.
7. Coordinate customer requests, engineering changes, and technical reviews throughout the product lifecycle.
8. Monitor project performance, yield improvement,quality metrics, and delivery commitments.
9. Organize project review meetings and provide regular updates to both management and customers.
10. Support issue resolution and customer escalation management to ensure customer satisfaction.
11. Ensure project deliverables comply with customer specifications and company quality standards.
Your Profile
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Materials Science,Electronics,Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in PCB, IC Substrate, Semiconductor Packaging, or related industries.
3. Hands-on experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) project management.
4. Good understanding of PCB and/or IC Substrate manufacturing processes.
5. Experience working directly with customers in a project management or technical support role.
6. Familiarity with IC Substrate or PCB fabrication processes, including:
7. Lithography/Etching/Lamination/Drilling/Electroplating/Surface
Finishing/Reliability Testing
8. Knowledge of problem-solving and quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, and Six Sigma methodologies is an advantage. Skills & Competencies
9. Strong project management and organizational skills.
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to
communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
11. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
12. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a
fast-paced environment.
13. Good command of English, both written and verbal.
